Our Introduction
The venture is a local non-governmental institution in Madhubani. Which is working to train and provide jobs to the unemployed.
Uddyam is creating a large number of employment opportunities as technicians, in association with big companies in the construction industry, for the youth in Madhubani. It is an unprecedented opportunity for the youth to enter respectable jobs with stable earning opportunities.
Training and job guarantees will be ensured by the Uddyam:
The venture has entered into an agreement with India’s largest engineering and construction company to provide free technical training and internships to selected youth. This training will be provided at the Ahmadabad-based institute, for a period of 3 months.
During the three-month training, you will be given in Ahmadabad:
- Accommodation, food, and basic medical facilities.
- Classroom + Lab and technical training by technical officers and experts.
- An opportunity to work with new construction equipment and technologies.
You will have expertise as a technician, as well as you will be guaranteed technical employment in the construction area.
The selection process for the training will be held in Madhubani from April 15 to April 22, 2022.
Uddyam will select an estimated thirty candidates to be sent for training in Ahmedabad in the first week of May 2022.

After training, you will get:

What area you must work in will be based on your performance during the 3-month training program which will be decided by the training institute officials.
You are invited to the selection process that runs in the following steps (please keep in mind the respective charges):
- Submit your application form to the Uddyam office by paying 200/-.
- The candidate whose application is selected will be informed by phone.
- The selected candidate must pay a lump sum registration fee of Rs.1,500 /-. This fee is towards:
- For medical examination and
- The interview is for interview by Uddyam in Madhubani.
- Only applicants who clear the medical test and personal interview will be called for video interview in front of the training institute authorities.
- You must deposit Rs.12,000/- in the Uddyam office before appearing for the video interview.
- The details of this deposit are:
- The fee of the Uddyam and the cost of the entire process is Rs.6,000/-
- 1000/- for booking a one-way trip to the Training Institute Ahmedabad.
- 5,000/-, this deposit will be fully refunded to you at the end of your contracted training and tenure of the job for 15 months. This security deposit will be kept by the Uddyam and its return will also be made by the Uddyam.
- It is worth noting:
- The candidate who failed in the video interview of the training institute officials will be refunded the entire Rs 12,000.
- If the selected candidate refuses to leave, the remaining security deposit amount of Rs.5000/- will be refunded to you in addition to the fee for Uddyam and the expenses of the train journey.
- The security deposit and registration fee are to ensure that only serious candidates fill in the application form for training.
- All payments and refunds will be made through bank account from the Uddyam office only.

Conditions to be selected:
This scheme is only for male candidates as these employment opportunities are in the construction sector:
- Between the ages of 19 and 35 years.
- Capable of reading and writing in Hindi.
- Capable of doing simple arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
- Good physical and medical status:
- A height of 155 cm or more.
- Weight of 45 kg or more.
- There should be no pre-existing medical condition.
- Having normal vision.
At the time of interview by the enterprise, you will have to submit these originals:
- Recently taken passport size colour photo (5 copies)
- Aadhaar Card
- Bank Savings Account
- Educational Certificate (Minimum Class 6 to Max)
- Amount of money required:
- You should be able to make initial payments by adding up to Rs 12,700/-.
- You must have an additional Rs.6,000/- in the account for the first 4 months i.e., 3 months of training and your living expenses (soap, shampoo, telephone plan, etc.) for the first 4 months i.e., after getting the job and 1 month after getting the job.
- Please note, we are not able to provide any financial assistance, so if you do not have at least Rs 18,700/- to spend, we expect you not to apply.
- All payments and refunds will be made from the Uddyam office only through a bank account.
- Do not forget to take the receipt after any cash payment.
The duration of the contract
- You are ready to stay away from your home for a period of 15 months in a row.
- A three months training in Ahmedabad from May to July 2022
- Followed by 12 months of work on the site which can be held anywhere in India.
- Except for the leave as per the rules of the training institute, you will not be given any further leave in these 15 months.
- If you fail to complete the contract period of 15 months, your security deposit of Rs. 5,000/- will not be refunded by the Uddyam.
